RETURNS POLICY

 

Before placing an order please feel free to contact us with any queries you may have to help ensure that products ordered best meet your requirements.

 

Unwanted Products

Please see our Terms and Conditions (section 5.1). To ensure a satisfactory outcome please email us beforehand if you plan on returning any unwanted products.

A copy of the Delivery Note must be included for both returns and exchanges.

 

Incorrect Products

In the event of our supplying any part of your order incorrectly please return the incorrect item(s) and we will replace it with the correct product and take care of all shipping charges. Product Price differences will be refunded or charged as applicable. Please see our Terms and Conditions (section 5.1)

 

Defective Products

We work hard to maintain our exacting quality standards, however in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will issue a full refund, including your shipping charges. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please see our Terms and Conditions (section 5.1)
